Stanley Foreman, Jr.
Stanley is a Senior Attorney at Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, which owns and operates Arizona’s largest and longest-serving electric utility, Arizona Public Service (“APS”). As a Senior Attorney, Stanley advises APS on a wide range of labor and employment issues. He is responsible for managing all labor and employment matters at Palo Verde Generating Station, which is the largest nuclear power plant in the United States and the only major nuclear plant to be union-free.
Before joining APS in 2019, Stanley worked for Littler Mendelson P.C., where he represented and advised employers like Walmart and Amazon in all aspects and stages of employment litigation, arbitration, and mediation, including claims based on Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Arizona Civil Rights Act, and the FLSA.
Stanley is a member of the Federal Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Arizona and New Mexico.
Stanley is originally from Claremont, CA, where he attended Claremont High School. At Claremont High, Stanley was a member of the Chamber Singers, Comedy Sportz, varsity football, and an active member of the famed Claremont High School Theater, home of Thespian Troop 2129.
Stanley has been a member of the Phoenix 20/30 Club for six years and served on its Executive Committee as Secretary twice. He currently sits on the Children in Need Foundation Board as its Secretary. In his free time, he prefers spending time with his wife Beatriz and their three sons.
